Many persons around the globe work in offices where they have their unique id related to company’s website. When they first time setup Outlook express it took lot of time for them. And in case after formatting computer they again have to setup.
so here i have listed some basic steps of How to Setup Email Account in Outlook Express.
Open Outlook Express and follow this instructions.
Go to Tools Menu > Accounts Option
Click Add > Mail option
Follow the Wizard , Provide a name which people will see
Provide your e-mail address
Provide SMTP and POP3 server names. In SMTP, you can provide your ISPs SMTP servers or the same as your POP3 server.
In Account name , Please provide FULL E-mail address ( and NOT just the account name)
Go to properties and Click the last option ( My server requires authentication ).
Click on Log on using and type In Account name and passowrd, Please provide FULL E-mail address in account name ( and NOT just the account name)
OK and Apply
IT’S DONE !
Start Send and Recieve
